Contact Maler mit Stern in English
Send project details, photos or a callback request. We clarify the scope and prepare the next step for a written quote.
What happens after you send the request?
We check your message and contact you during office hours. If photos and basic details are enough, we can prepare the next step quickly. For larger apartments, staircases or facades, an on-site inspection is usually the better way to create a reliable written quote.
Please do not worry about perfect German wording. You can write in English. The important points are the address area, type of work, rough size, timing and contact details. For urgent projects, calling the office is faster.
What should you include?
For apartment painting, send the number of rooms, whether ceilings are included, photos of the walls and your desired deadline. For facade work, send photos of all visible sides, close-ups of damage and information about access around the building. For offices or staircases, tell us whether the work has to be done in sections or outside normal use times.
After the first contact we clarify whether photos are enough or whether an inspection is needed. The written quote should list the agreed scope, preparation work, material and timing. That makes the project easier to understand, especially if you are comparing offers or coordinating with a landlord, owner or property manager.
Who this contact page is for
This English contact page is useful if you live in Germany but prefer to explain your painting project in English, if you coordinate a property from abroad, or if a company, relocation service or property manager needs clear communication before booking work.
Maler mit Stern handles painting work with its own team. The first step is not a vague promise, but a clear understanding of the project: location, access, surfaces, timing, condition and desired result.
Examples of useful first messages
Apartment: “3-room apartment in Frankfurt, about 70 m2, walls and ceilings, move-in in September, rooms are empty, photos attached.”
Facade: “Detached house near Frankfurt, facade needs repainting, cracks visible on one side, access around the house possible, photos attached.”
Office: “Small office unit, work should happen outside opening hours if possible, walls only, no ceiling, deadline in four weeks.”
These examples are enough for a useful first reply. If more information is needed, we will ask for it before preparing the next step.
